Quality Control Process.
GSI Translations quality control process follows ISO 9001 and 17100 guidelines which help ensure we deliver on-time, professional and accurate translations. Our experienced project managers oversee every step of the translation process. No matter your business sector or project scale, we provide every client with:
- Accurate translations by native-language speakers – with in-depth, qualified and sector-specialist knowledge.
- Dedicated project management staff to ensure both translation accuracy and on-time delivery.
Dedicated Translation Project Manager
From the moment you contact GSI, a project manager will be assigned to you. They will deal with your order from the beginning, right through to the final delivery of your translation project. Your Project Manager will analyse the file(s) you need to be translated and notify you of the cost and delivery time for the project. Once we receive your written acceptance, the order will be uploaded to our database and processed by the GSI Team assigned to the project.

Continual Project Management
Once we receive your confirmed order, your Project Manager will begin looking for a translator for the project. They will look for a native speaker in the target language having more than 5 years of experience in the required field. In addition, the Project Manager will monitor the entire process, ensuring that you receive the highest standard of translation and that it is delivered within the required deadline.

Quality Management
Once the file has been translated, the translation is passed to an expert reviewer in the sector for proofreading. If required, the file is then sent to our DTP Department for any layout issues; only after this is the document sent back to the Project Manager for final approval.

Final Delivery
The Project Manager receives the translation and runs a final QA check. If the translation passes the QA check the finalised translation is delivered to you. After you have reviewed the files and confirmed receipt and acceptance, our project file is closed and your invoice will be prepared and issued.
