Ross Somerville

Ross brings valuable insights and a proven track record to GSI Associates, with an executive career spanning over 27 years in the commercial and procurement sphere, within the F&B, Software, Engineering and Professional Services sectors, working for multi-million-pound enterprises across global markets, in Europe, USA and Asia, creating and managing successful strategies for growth within those organisations. Most recently as one of the co-founders of a leading SaaS solution within the UK property market, he aided in its acquisition to Marlowe Plc, where he became the Commercial Director within their Software Risk and Compliance division, helping to deliver 37% growth. Prior to this, as the Head of Sales for a UK national engineering business – he achieved a five-fold increase in turnover, leading the organisation to be named by the London Stock Exchange Group, as one of the top UK SMEs to watch out for – 3 years in a row, eventually with it being sold to a private equity firm.
