The certificate, awarded by the esteemed Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, recognises Merita’s successful completion of the training programme, “Development of Human Resources in the Company.” This comprehensive programme covered essential aspects of HR management, including Human Resource Development, Recruitment Techniques, Employer Branding, and the Legal Aspects of HR, further enhancing Merita’s already impressive skill set.
In addition, Merita participated in the “HR Competency” training organised by Hoja Consulting, which reflects her deep understanding and application of key HR practices, with a particular focus on Recruitment and Digital Training.
Merita’s expertise also extends to various accounting systems and programmes, including QuickBooks, SAP ByDesign, Xero, Construction Manager, and Exchequer.
