Eva Kostic

Eva is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background and a passion for languages, hospitality, and administrative work. Having successfully managed her family business for five years, Eva possesses a deep understanding of management on different levels, client relations and the dynamics of running a business. Her four-year experience in the financial sector in Malta, working for two multinational Corporate Service Providers has equipped her with extensive knowledge of company secretarial and administrative functions, particularly in managing foreign clients and internal, intergroup administration. She has worked with clients in the maritime and aviation sector, as well as iGaming clients and their licencing applying practical skills in accountancy, tax and compliance matters.Â

Eva holds a Linguistics Bachelor Degree from Ljubljana University, a postgraduate diploma from BHMS Switzerland in hospitality and an MBA in Global and Hospitality Management from City University in Seattle. Eva’s language proficiency extends to five languages, English, Slovenian, German, Italian and Croatian

Sanja Mrsic is an accomplished professional with a remarkable 15-year career in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) with responsibility for day-to-day operations, managing over 100 staff members. In addition to holding a master’s degree in economics, she has also obtained diplomas in business administration from renowned institutions such as Cambridge (UK), Schulich (Canada) and Sheffield (Greece). Furthermore, Sanja has honed her skills through completion of a two-year Tailored Project Management coaching program focused on Service Desk and IT services.
Throughout her career, Sanja has consistently delivered outstanding results, strengthening her reputation as a reliable and resourceful professional. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Sanja is skilled at finding innovative solutions to drive success in the BPO industry. Her impressive track record has well-equipped her to navigate complex challenges and deliver outstanding results.
Ermin Klimenta

Ermin is the Head of IT & Cyber Security for Kosovo and North Macedonia. With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and Engineering, Ermin has made significant contributions in various roles. He began his entrepreneurial journey as the CEO & Co-Founder of ProWeb.mk, where he demonstrated expertise in web development and management. Additionally, Ermin served as a Webmaster for GSI Translations, showcasing his proficiency in creating and maintaining impactful online platforms. He has collected valuable experience in diverse roles within the technology sector which reflects in his adaptability, technical competence and entrepreneurial spirit, making him a unique and valuable member of the GSI team.
His analytical and problem-solving skills make him a wizard when it comes to Cyber security and finding technological solutions for a wide variety of issues.
Dritero Jashari

Dritëro is the Head of Construction & Property for Kosovo at GSI ASSOCIATES. With 15+ years of project management and project control experience, he is a Prince2 Foundation certified and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Throughout his career, Dritëro has led activities in medium and large-scale infrastructure projects, delivering major capital projects nationally and internationally. He excels in matrix organizations, leading multinational teams with diverse responsibilities. Dritëro has held leadership roles as Head of the Project Management Office at M Price Group in London, UK and worked as a Project Manager with UNOPS PRPC. He also served as a Project Management Consultant for the Qatar Expressway Program and a Project Controls Lead for the US Department of Defense (DoD) on the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program III in the Middle East. With an Architecture degree and an MBA, Dritëro is a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He brings extensive experience in project management, quantity surveying, as well as strong communication skills in English, Albanian and Serbian. Dritëro has worked with renowned companies like KBR, UN, and M Price, showcasing expertise in infrastructure project management, cost management, change management, finance, scheduling/planning, information and personnel management, process standardization, systems development, as well as hiring, training, mentoring and personnel development.

Eva’s signature has been recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Malta and ID Malta, allowing her to certify documents for use in all instances, both domestically and internationally. By obtaining an apostille on top of her signature, Eva ensures the authenticity and acceptance of certified documents.Â
